Публичное уведомление в адрес гражданина Лукашенко
Получил извещение от агентства по государственной регистрации и земельному кадастру, в котором сообщается о наложении ограничений на принадлежащее мне недвижимое имущество и земельный участок.
Публично уведомляю гражданина А.Г. Лукашенко, а также непосредственных исполнителей, что любые действия по отчуждению имущества, построенного участниками Второй мировой войны, будут рассматриваться мной как оскорбление памяти людей, внесших вклад в разгром фашизма и восстановление послевоенной экономики Беларуси.
Конфискация имущества противоречит основным принципам Конституции Республики Беларусь, международным нормам, включая Всеобщую декларацию прав человека и Международный пакт о гражданских и политических правах. Ответственность граждан, принимавших непосредственное участие в незаконных действиях и подписавших соответствующие решения, не будет иметь срока давности.
Обращаю внимание, что конфискация имущества противоречит основным принципам Конституции Республики Беларусь, международным нормам, включая Всеобщую декларацию прав человека и Международный пакт о гражданских и политических правах. Любые действия по ограничениям и конфискации недвижимого имущества нарушают следующие статьи:
- Статья 44 Конституции Республики Беларусь – гарантирует каждому право собственности и содействует ее приобретению. Собственник имеет право владеть, пользоваться и распоряжаться имуществом как единолично, так и совместно с другими лицами. Неприкосновенность собственности, право ее наследования охраняются законом.
- Статья 21 Конституции Республики Беларусь – гарантирует права и свободы граждан. Обеспечение прав и свобод граждан Республики Беларусь является высшей целью государства. Государство гарантирует права и свободы граждан Беларуси, закрепленные в Конституции, законах и предусмотренные международными обязательствами государства.
- Статья 2 Всеобщей декларации прав человека – запрещает дискриминацию по любому признаку, включая политические убеждения.
- Статья 17 Всеобщей декларации прав человека – гарантирует право на собственность. Каждый человек имеет право владеть имуществом как единолично, так и совместно с другими. Никто не должен быть произвольно лишен своего имущества.
Публично информирую, что впереди ожидается судебный процесс, направленный на конфискацию зарубежных государственных активов Республики Беларусь с целью компенсации нанесенного материального и морального ущерба всем пострадавшим от преступного фашистского режима семьи Лукашенко.

Received a notification from the State Registration and Cadastre Agency, informing me of restrictions imposed on my real estate and land plot.
I publicly notify citizen Lukashenko and immediate executors that any actions aimed at alienating property built by World War II participants will be considered by me as an insult to the memory of those who contributed to the defeat of fascism and the post-war reconstruction of Belarus.
Confiscation of property contradicts the fundamental principles of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, international norms, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The liability of citizens who directly participated in illegal actions and endorsed corresponding decisions shall not be subject to statute of limitations.
I draw attention to the fact that property confiscation contradicts the fundamental principles of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, international norms, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Any actions regarding the restrictions and confiscation of real estate violate the following articles:
- Article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus guarantees everyone the right to property and facilitates its acquisition. The owner has the right to possess, use, and dispose of property individually or jointly with others. The inviolability of property and the right of inheritance are protected by law.
- Article 21 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus guarantees the rights and freedoms of citizens. Ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic of Belarus is the supreme goal of the state. The state guarantees the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus enshrined in the Constitution, laws, and provided for by international obligations of the state.
- Article 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights prohibits discrimination on any grounds, including political beliefs.
- Article 17 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights guarantees the right to property. Every person has the right to own property individually or jointly with others. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of their property.
In the current stage of Belarus's development, it is particularly important to preserve human dignity. Unfortunately, we often encounter situations where officials violate laws, fearing to lose their privileges and positions. Such actions lead to the destruction of the country and its future. Material well-being cannot justify actions that lead to civil confrontation and the destruction of state institutions. A person is born for freedom, not to turn their country into a concentration camp.
I publicly inform that a legal process is forthcoming, aimed at confiscating foreign state assets of the Republic of Belarus to compensate for the material and moral damage inflicted on all victims of the criminal fascist regime of the Lukashenko family.
