VeloLiberty. Day 11 — May 9. Alpacas and llamas

VeloLiberty: Day 11 — May 9, 2025

Today I cycled more than 130 kilometers from the city of Brno. There was a passport control at the Czech-Austrian border, but no one stopped me on a bicycle.

Austria has fantastic roads — smooth, convenient, and designed with care for cyclists. In the evening, I stayed at a farm with alpacas and llamas about 30 kilometers from Vienna. An incredible place, with the city lights shimmering in the distance at night. A perfect spot for those who love nature, animals, and the calm of countryside life near the Austrian capital.
