Jedlnia-Letnisko — Raków

I covered around 126 kilometers. This time the road was fully paved, no surprises. The air was filled with a springtime mix of scents: blooming lilacs, wildflowers, manure from the fields, and smoke from village chimneys.

Along the way, I crossed the Świętokrzyskie Mountains — the oldest mountain range in Poland, still scenic and, in places, quite a workout for a cyclist. The landscapes were beautiful: green hills, forests, and small villages with stork nests perched on utility poles.

For the night, I found a free place to stay via https://www.trustroots.org/ — a great platform for travelers. The host was very welcoming and impressed me with how quickly and skillfully he made flatbreads on a hot skillet. Simple food, but after a long day on the road, it tasted amazing.
